Updated: Dec 2, 2018

Have you ever heard the saying, “life begins at the end of your comfort zone” It’s true! And the only way you will get better at something is by getting rid of all those negative thoughts from your mind and just do it!

One of the most significant secrets of success is to be able to leave your comfort zone and go out into the big-wide-world. As soon as you set a goal, or choose a new direction in life, the obstacles are inevitable.

"If you’re not growing, you’re dying."

Situations will always show up in your life, circumstances you cannot control. If a situation arises that you have no control over, you need to let it go! This is why many people stay in their comfort zone as it’s something that they can control and it cannot cause them any discomfort or pain. You cannot control events, but you can control how you respond to them, this is one of the greatest secrets to life - You get to control the meaning of events. Embracing challenges will cause you to find a particular pattern in them that will eventually allow you to succeed at anything. Try and do something every single day that will help you step out of your comfort zone, start with small steps, try new things. Those things that feel uncomfortable at first will start feeling comfortable, and that's when life begins.

That big world is out there waiting for you. Your real life exists beyond the bubble of your own personal thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.Your real life is the total of every one of your experiences, not just the ones that you’re comfortable with.

Challenge yourself daily. You have no idea what you’re made of until you venture outside of your own familiar world.

Taking risks, regardless of their outcome, are growth experiences. Even if you make mistakes or don’t get it right the first time, there are plenty more times you can get it right. They are experiences for you to tap into for the future.

There is no such thing as 'fail' if you got something out of the experience. So that you know, “FAIL” means 'The first attempt in learning.'
