1. Scope of Services

The Coach agrees to provide personalised book coaching services which may include but are not limited to:
- Strategy and goal-setting for writing and publishing
- Feedback and developmental editing
- Accountability check-ins
- Publishing and promotional guidance
- FREE - Promotional Launch Material:
  The Client will receive promotional materials tailored to their brand for a cohesive and impactful book launch. This includes [insert examples: graphics, tagline support, email templates, etc. if desired].

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:
- Communicate openly and in a timely manner
- Complete assignments as discussed
- Take full responsibility for writing and implementing feedback

3. Payment Terms

The total fee for coaching services is £3,997.00. or 3 monthly payments of £1,500.00 per month.
Payments are due upfront

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service and the time invested by the Coach, all payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client completes the coaching programme.

5. Confidentiality

All materials, conversations, and ideas shared by the Client will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All original material provided by the Coach remains the intellectual property of the Coach. The Client is granted limited, non-transferable usage rights solely for their personal and professional use related to their book project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing with 7 days’ notice. No refunds will be given upon termination.
