Terms and Conditions for Collaboration Books

1. Submission Guidelines:

   - All contributors must adhere to the provided submission guidelines.

   - Content should be original

2. Editing and Publication:

   - The editorial team reserves the right to edit and format contributions for consistency and clarity.

   - Contributors will be notified of any substantial changes before publication.

3. Copyright and Ownership:

   - Contributors retain the copyright to their individual contributions.

   - By submitting, contributors grant the right to publish and distribute their work in the collaboration book.

4. No Refunds:

   - Due to the collaborative nature of the project, no refunds will be issued.

5. Publication Timeline:

   - The publication timeline is subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances, but every effort will be made to adhere to the proposed schedule.

6. Promotion and Marketing:

   - Contributors are encouraged to promote the collaboration book through their personal networks.

   - The editorial team will also engage in promotional efforts to maximise exposure.

7. Inclusivity and Respect:

   - Contributions should be inclusive and respectful of diverse perspectives.

   - Any content deemed inappropriate or offensive will not be accepted.

8. Collaboration Commitment:

   - Contributors are expected to actively engage in the collaboration process, including responding to editorial queries and participating in promotional activities.

9. Termination of Collaboration:

   - The editorial team reserves the right to terminate collaboration with any contributor who violates the terms and conditions or engages in conduct deemed detrimental to the project.

10. Dispute Resolution

    - Any disputes or disagreements will be resolved amicably through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal means in accordance with the applicable laws.

11. Late Payment Policy:

  • Payments overdue by more than 5 days will now incur a £20 admin fee.

  • An additional £5 per week will be charged for each further week the payment remains outstanding.

We understand that sometimes payments can be delayed for various reasons, so we kindly ask you to ensure all invoices are settled on time to avoid any extra charges.

If your payment is overdue, please arrange for settlement as soon as possible to prevent further fees. If you have already made your payment, please disregard this message.

By submitting a contribution, contributors acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The editorial team reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary.
